Proof that he is incompetent - Cora Newbold was defaulted and the document stated that she was to be assessed for the cost and legal fees for the proceeding. Page 2 item E.
The leftist-based IARDC ignored this due to the fact that they are political, corrupt, DEI, still looking out for their own and accepting dues from their membership paying lawyers.
